@@ankursinghal581 नमस्कार. यह उद्योग गृह उद्योग की तरह से हैं. उत्तर प्रदेश मिर्जापुर के आस पास भुजवा जाति के लोग चना, गेहूं, मटर, जौ, धान की लाई, मुर्रा, आदि हाथ से भून कर भरसाय लकड़ी.आम के सूखे पत्ते जो पतझड़ में गिर कर सूख जातें हैं. उनकों इकट्ठा करके साल भर के लिए रखा जाता था. आम की सूखी पत्ती को जलाने के साथ मिट्टी की नाद मे बालू गरम करने के बाद भूनकर धान से पोहा बनाने के लिए मूसल से कूट कूट कर बना दिया जाता था धान को रात को पानी मे डुबो दिया जाता हैं सूबह हल्का सा सुखाने के बाद भूनकर मूसल से कूट कूट कर पोहा बनाने का काम करते हैं.
