You can also always create your own tricks when you want to try something new! Also: agreed, the jargon is hard to decipher and there isn't a good resource to consult for reference in this regard.

@DrexFactor Poi. Folding Lines, wow! This is what I needed my UltraPoi 2/ultra Knobs for! This is going to take me a year or longer to understand and learn, but I'm going to do it!

Okay, you lost me at "tuck turns, and weaves"......What's the meaning of each of these actions?! What do they represent and why? Love that you're taking interest in Māori! arts, but poi is a lot more than just a ball on the end of a string. I encourage and suggest you do your rangahau, and wānanga, so that you are being authentic to the art form that is known as "Poi"
