Wax on Wax Off! Great idea for getting this figured out. I noticed on video a couple weeks ago that one arm wasn't extending across my body nearly as much as necessary, even though my timing across the center was pretty good. Thanks as always Nick!

Excellent tutorial. The same principle could be used by anyone practising the wooden dummy in Wing Chun.

Great tip! I've also found that practicing with a smart phone app that shows trails can create similar results, but this is a great low-fi alternative.

Hi Drex! I was so bummed a couple years back when I bought a portable projector, just to set up video feedback, but it disappeared before I even set it up. I was also thinking a mirror with a nice decal with poi geometry would be a great product to design some day! :)
