Hi, Nick How can i keep turning the weaves continuously without felling dizzy, even i do it really slowly. Any tip for that? Newly spin from Thailand :)

even doing just one 360 I get slightly dizzy. doing 3 360s and I'm pretty dizzy. is this just the way I am or does this go away with doing it more?

You need to pick a focal point. Keep your eyes on it as you turn your body, then swing your head around to find your focus again. It's how dancers and figure skaters do pirouettes.
