Pierre Poilievre lacks professionalism, always whining, mocking and acting smug without offering specific solutions. I wish we had true professionals that are respectful, calm and serious with political allies and enemies. Trudeau is far from a true professional as well. Do you understand how politics work? It is the role of the opposition parties to highlight where the current governing party is failing miserably, falling off the rails, or not providing a value proposition to all Canadians. Polievre has given a broad overview of his objectives and overall platform; specifics are for when an election is formally called and parties and leaders hit the campaign trail.

I am by no means an experienced politician, but I think there is a way to critique your political opponents in a mature manner without resorting to exaggerations and rage baiting, which Poilievre does a lot of. No one in politics is forced to be disrespectful, smug or arrogant. And I'm not saying Trudeau is innocent of these behaviors either. Question period has been a complete joke when Trudeau and Poilievre start going at it, like some high school rap battle. They never engage in useful discussion. Each one of them are just trying to boost their own fragile egos. This is what I mean when I refer to unprofessional behavior. I know it appeals to the masses because it activates people's frustrations, but it is in no way beneficial to political discourse. Specifics may be only given later, but there is no rule that prevents politicans from proposing concrete solutions anytime.
