If that was the case, the CPC would not h ave won. Poilievre entered into a compliance agreement with Elections Canada for accepting foreign bribes in 2019. The report you are talking about specifically describes the CPC leadership election and how India and China worked together to run Patrick Brown out of the race and shovel millions into Poilievre's campaign including buying fake memberships. Poilievre can't even get a security clearance for this country due to his foreign bribe scandal in 2019.
