Explaining why this area of Florida is attracting many people from La isla del encanto! ❤️ *Lake Buena Vista, Kissimmee and other nearby CDP may actuality be more Puerto Rican will depend on how recently stats quote were noted. Overall this area is known to be a fast growing section due to Puerto Ricans moving here.

To everyone, please don’t move to Poinciana. It may be cheap but it’s nothing but traffic and a very unwelcome community. Please look elsewhere like Davenport or Haines City

Cual es la idea de hablar tanto de puerto ricans being US citizen? El video es de Poinciana, clases de historia, immigration, or just to insult people calling them stupid, ignorant etc? Yo puse tu video para conocer Poinciana y que hay ahi.

Never had a Civic. I do have a job, and so do my neighbors. There are a lot of hard-working Puerto Ricans in Poinciana. Stay away from stereotypes. It's not a good look.

I almost bought down there. You can get a lot for your money but there is nothing down there and the traffic to get to the city is horrendous. When they build an outlet road those prices may double. I bought I st Cloud near lake Nona instead.

@@Montanez823 being an ex resident of an atI suburb I see what you're saying, but down there it's excessive. 😵‍💫 ...It's bad enough coming up narcoosee during the rush. When they build another outlet Rd. property values are going to shoot up tho because the house's down there are big, nice , and with pools.

We moved to Poinciana and love it after surveying the Orlando area . The Prices are good the traffic at rush hour & weekend is bad but new roads and using certain roads at certain times is the way around it. Love the culture & people very friendly.

Poinciana is the kind of place people who dream about moving to Florida on a budget salivate over when they see the new”ish” 90s style houses that are priced low compared to everywhere else but 30 minutes after they move there they realize the place sucks bad.Bad crime, sketchy people, bad traffic and it takes 90 minutes to get to your job in Orlando. There are heavy Puerto Rican areas in Kissimmee like Hunters Creek that are good areas and in a much better location.Poinciana is another example of its cheap for a reason, but I will say it’s gotten better than 10-12 years ago after the recession, back then you might get up and find someone sleeping in your back porch.

very true. crime rate is real bad for such nice houses, most streets lack any lighting, car accidents are regular and traffic is the worst ive ever seen. lived here 16+ years and just a month ago they finally decided to build gas stations, I used to drive 15 miles to the nearest gas station

I lived in Poinciana for a little over 2 years. I left in 2021 and I legit have horrible PTSD flashbacks from living there. I fell for the huge house for cheap trap smh. I used to hate coming back home to my McMansion. There is nothing in Poinciana but houses, upon houses, upon houses. And the way you see everyone’s backyard when driving on the road. Lordttt help me. No decent restaurants except for La Granja. Even the fast food places were horrible. Bad service. Bad traffic. Bad schools. There weren’t any good family parks/playgrounds for kids. No welcoming community vibe. I could go on. I do not have one good thing to say about that place. The whole time I was there I felt like that commercial where the dark cloud follows the blob around. I was the blob.

😂 Lived there. The houses are large! When I lived there, there was a Publix and Home Depot; later a Walmart was built. I understand there is now a hospital. It was a looooong drive to get anywhere. Going to Orlando was a day trip. I will say that when I got back home, it was quiet at night and I had a very large yard. But, I would not rush to move back.

There are a lot of stores…just more open plaza type of store. Not malls. A lot of places to eat….smaller restaurants and family owned not so much of the big chains. The traffic unfortunately it is terrible. It is a good place for retirees and people that don’t have to commute to Orlando. If that is not your issue then you can buy land and house for great price. Like everywhere there are spots that look tougher than others. There are a lot of NYRicans and JerseyRicans there that sell their 2/2 in NY/NJ for 500k plus and easily can come over here and almost buy a house cash, but then again….it’s the same population from NY/NJ that lived in those 2/2….poor NY/NJ that live like kings in FL, but they mind set is the same hence why the area got a little ghetto….sad but true. I am PR so I can talk lol. I used to live in Pleasant Hill Rd back in 2002-2010….right when it was good to buy, but we were able to see the rapid growth and working in Orlando…the traffic was just too much. We sold our house and move to Lake Nona area where we are experiencing the rapid growth again…Narcoossee traffic is terrible, but the area is so up and coming it’s very expensive. I’m glad I bought when I did. Just check all areas….depending on your needs and what is important for you…there is a place for everyone here. Just please remember why you moved here…please keep your crazy politics that drove you out of your state over there. Don’t try to make our FL your up north state. Ty!
