Hi! First of all, you are amazing for doing this kind of informative videos, you are truly helping out a bunch of people. Secondly, I wanted to know if there's a way of processing the data coming from a live transmission of a Lidar with open3D, I need that for a project but I cannot find any specific info about it :(

Thank you so much! Really appreciate it. It depends on what format u get the lidar data in, u can't really use raw lidar data unless it comes as a point cloud already. The built in sensors in open3d are only depth camera atm

This open3d, does it require LiDAR data or can your purely use a vision approach?

U can also use vision. I have videos about both stereo vision and monocular camera with Deep learning here on the channel. Any sensor that gives depth information can be used
