Point Turton, Yorke Peninsula, South Australia.

We visit Point Turton on the Yorke Peninsula in South Australia where we catch a few crabs, Southern Calamari, and King George Whiting. We check out Flaherty’s beach and some of the local salt lakes, capturing drone footage.

I spend a lot of time fishing all over York’s in my boat and had a crazy experience when we last fished points Turton we got a visit from a great white about 18 foot an absolute monster it was very inquisitive hung around the boat for about 20 mins and just disappeared we moved spots after that

Been fishing at Turton for over 20 years, sorry to disappoint you, I doubt if you will find any crabs where you have been trying, maybe the unlucky one that got lost along the way, you have to be out in deeper water, Lovely place Turton, they dont call it the Turton Typhoon or the Hardwick Hurricane for nothing, I enjoyed you video, keep up the good travels.

No doubt. A bloke I met there caught one that had its tail hanging out the top of a 20L bucket!
