TIPS:
If you set up the Labelife App & loaded your label to the app, and labels fed into the printer and it's just running through blank labels - YOU HAVE THE LABELS UPSIDE DOWN! I did this as well at first as the directions said 'peel off part up' - NO! It's the PRINT side up! Feed the label PRINT side up and it will print quickly!
This is a fast little printer and you can even get restock labels on Amazon. I use them for Etsy, Poshmark and other weekly shipping and could not be happier! Do you have one? Thoughts?

I had gotten the smaller phonemo printer the first time and was able to print using the print master pro app which can’t be used with the 241bt it seems. I liked this app because I could print photos and it has a 256 grayscale conversion in the app. The Labelife app on iOS doesn’t have this option and my photos come out a blurry mess. Do you know how to get photos to print black and white and look cleaner on this printer

Sorry - I have a PC/windows so I can't troubleshoot that one for you. Did you reach out to their customer service? I did the chat when I first set up the printer and it was pretty helpful.

Are you able to print multiple labels on the same sheet and just cut it?

I've only run through the 4 x 6 shipping label. Are you trying to run through a different size? As long as your image fits inside the Labellife print area, you should be able to cut like should the label format correctly. Let me know what size you're thinking of running through!

Hi None needed! It does not use any ribbon, ink or toner, as it has a special type of heat-sensitive material that blackens when heat is applied.

Will it connect to my MacBook Pro?

It says it will connect to a MacBook pro - Requires iOS 13.0 or later. I have mine hooked to my very old PC. I have not tried it from any other device!

Did not work well hate it could not hook up to my Bluetooth was not compatible with my phone junk. I would not buy this.😢

Just to let people know, this printer is almost impossible to adjust for smaller labels. Considering returning it.

@@BoredMom, I managed to print a 60x30mm (Amazon ASIN labels), but I have this 56mm continuous roll that I just can't make to work. On top of that, all the apps / programs for mobile and PC seem to be very buggy and barely working. If you want to just print shipping labels and SKU labels, maybe this isn't a bad option. Still to test out a bit more once I am about to send some shipments out.
