This was a super helpful!! Thank you for putting this together and for sharing it. I especially appreciate the tip about grouping each lighting setup under the camera, such a time saver. I was dreading the idea of having to create a lighting setup for each render that I wanted to do. Thanks again and have a great day!

Thanks Harry. Super useful. I wish In could claim it as my own, but some folks who knew a lot more about lighting than me taught me that at Blue Sky studios many years ago.

@@pOiNtPuShEr We all get passed on info gen to gen, artist to artist. It belongs to all of us! :) Or at least is a continuation. Great music is influenced by sounds of the past, modern video games copy classic mechanics... movie makers base off some of their greatest pieces on existing literature they are awed by. 3D Art lighting principles borrow from painting technqiues of past masters.... it is all connected!

A very helpful video. Short and to the point, but please name your lights from the beginning. I was consistently unsure if I was messing with the correct light up until you "organized" your scene 5:50 in. So please do that from the beginning, and thank-you for helping me set up my lighting scene...
