is this dutch? I used to want to learn dutch, i am german so i understand a bit. Well i still wanna learn it but unfortunately i am busy studying italian, after that though, I will definitely get to study dutch.

Italian's a beautiful language. ❤ Unfortunately, Dutch doesn't sound half as romantic. I hope you won't be too disappointed when learning it. 🙂 But it does resemble German a lot, so you'll probably pick it up fast! (to answer your question: yes, the language in the video is Dutch 🙂).
