I loved this! Where the original portrayed trauma and pain, this version expels that trauma in the form of anger and screams the pain away almost as relief. Me personally, I prefer the original, but this version is still great and absolutely getting replayed

Yeah, i exactly thought the same, its more that the despairation led to anger and (self)hate instead of Frustration and sadness / Depression. It can go either way and for myself the original fits a little better to see myself in but both are brilliant in their way.
