Hi Mike, could you please prepare a video on Negative binomial regression practice in STATA by using different assumptions such as truncated, zero-inflated etc. and please also indicate refer to interpret marginal effects of predictors in order to determine which predictor has the most important effect on dependent variable. Thank you for this video. I have a question: Can I build a robust poisson regression model using individual data? 0 before running poisson regression I should group the data to build a database with counts? My specific question applies to a poisson regression with robust calculation of varainza. I have a set with 300 observations and a significant number of continuous variables. I don't know if I can run the robust regression command using the individual data or if I should convert it to counts.

Hello, I am going to use the Poisson regression to run a gravity model analysis. I am using panel data and I am a bit new to Stata. Are the commands the same when we use the panel data as well?

Hi there. Actually, there is a panel Poisson regession (xtpoisson) and a panel negative binomial regression (xtnbreg) in Stata. I haven't had occasion to use them, but Stata does allow for these kinds of regression.
