Geez, I wish there was an extension or download link or something. I could listen to this all day. It's sad that fan music is like, always so much better than the actual stuff. Sounds like Colress could be the leader of Team Vitreus. After the failed attempt in Unova with Team Plasma, he decided to form his own team and lead it towards what he solely wished for, maximise all pokemons fully potential strength and further extend his science by selling those pokemons, too further extend his research. That is a backstory I gladly would enjoy having to hear from the main villain in a pokemon game (hint, hint...) :)
