Tepig has the worst design but is probably the best in terms of battles. High attack, sweeps 3 gyms and Girmsley, can reck some of the Pokemon in certain tough fights if strong enough.

Let me share my experiences at these battles: (My team was: Samurott - Archeops - Galvantula - Krookodile - Chandelure - Haxorus, later switched it to Reshiram.) Shauntal: Pretty easy. Swept her entire team with Krookodile. I only used Galvantula for her Jellicent. Grimsley: Another easy pie. (Used Samurott against his Krookodile, used Archeops against his Scrafty, used Krookodile against his Bisharp. Galvantula took care of the rest.) Caitlin: Krookodile sweep. Marshal: Archeops + Acrobatics = win.

Soooooo my team is: Lvl. 56 Roserade Lvl. 56 Mandibuzz Lvl. 56 Eelektross Lvl. 58 Lucario Lvl. 58 Metagross Lvl. 60 Samurott I bravely entered the elite four room, I first battled shauntal, and oh boy was she the hardest freaking girl in this entire run of mine. I easily fainted her golurk, cofagrigus, and drifblim, but her chandelure was, if not, the hardest pokemon to beat here in the b2w2 league. It keep outspeeding my fastest mons: lucario and Samurott. She always hits her fireblast and counters my Samurott with energy ball that ohkoed it immediately. I beat her because my Eelektross luckily survived with 26hp and I thunder waved the "abominosity" (idk). So after my Eelektross fainted, I luckily ohkoed her chandelure with my mystic powered and +sp. attack nature powered, stab surf from my Samurott, and this is only the first elite four omfg. Next was grimsley (my fav. Elite four btw) and swept him with my swords dance powered lucario with close combat. Next was caitlin and i easily swept her with Metagross Next was marshal and I easily swept him with my Metagross. literally shauntal was the powerhouse of the elite four, she's hard with her chandelure, omfg. The others were easy as heck since I counter their types or I have resisting pokemons for them, like Metagross. And finally Iris, I easily swept her with my Samurott, lmfao shauntal is harder

ok sorry for the rant, but: one thing i dislike about swsh was that, to be honest, the "elite four" and the champion were in one enviornment. they did not feel special. LIKE, LOOK AT BLACK AND WHITE ITS SO COOL!! like i barely remember the last part of swsh, it's sad :( and i'm speaking as swsh literally being my first mainline pokemn game
