I live not that far from you guys and I recommend Hudson gardens off Santa Fe. 18 pokestops and 2 gyms plus a lot of different types of Pokemon.

It's about an hour and a half drive from Littleton, but downtown Greeley is full of many uncommon to rare Pokemon. I've gotten several Machop and Meowth, a couple Onix, a Jolteaon and had a few charmanders appear on my radar, although never found. lots of lured pokestops in the area and a couple gyms!

Not sure if its all of them or just the one by me but I've seen ALOT of activity in the golf course by my house. once we got close enough there was grass everywhere, Lots of Bulbasaurs and I found 3 new pokemon I hadn't seen yet within the 5 minutes I was there.
