The Hefe should be fine fermenting for 3 weeks, but the stout should sit for much longer since hit has a much higher specific gravity. You should let the stout sit for about 6-10 weeks. I have been brewing all-grain for over 5 years now and love it! The book in the video has some great info as well. I have a copy of it also. I would love to help y'all. If you have any questions feel free to ask me. I am happy to share my knowledge and experience.

This channel has grown up so fast... to me, it's legitimately sad to see most of the original creatures gone and seeing an alcoholic segment of the channel come to be so popular, not to mention their partnership with Roosterteeth. What happened to TreeTopia and theCreature House videos? I'll still support the channel and it's crew, but it sucks to see things change like that :(
