Ironic, being judged by the guy whose butt you want to kick to the curb. If it does appear later that Silver is working with the bad guys, I’m gonna theorize Silver is using the fact that he’s Giovanni’s son to his advantage to sabotage them from the inside and leak out information to the good guys, showing that despite being a bit rough around the edges he actually one of the good guys.

Glad Anthony didn't win. Shows not every character used will have plot armor to defend them. He should be a bit cautious with his earnings as he gave all his money to his mom and while sweet and generous, leaves him short of funds to further buy items like Potions, Pokeballs and food for him and his Mons, so keeping at least 1,000 pokedollars while the rest goes to his mom should help and having more battles between these tournaments. I do wonder what those war ridden years did to the Pokeworld, especially already devastated lands like Orre and if other lands like Fiore, Almia and Oblivia were affected too, Otherwise good job and hope the next installment of the story is out soon.

So the funds he wins from random trainers he keeps, which I should have mentioned and will in a future episode. Plus Anthony is streetwise and would be crafty with finding berries. Sometimes I get caught up on the main story I forget to mention small things. Thanks for the feedback! 😀

If this is in the same universe then Silver shouldn't be like his father and he gave Anthony advice because he doesn't want him to focus on winning like he did and his harsh words are because he doesn't want to be compared to his dad

Since Giovanni is now imprison, it would be interesting if Ash managed to dismantle Team Rocket and defeat Giovanni. Not only that, Ash has made an ally out of Silver.

As stated in Episode 1, Ash's army defeated Giovanni and the United Organizations 3 years prior to these events. So all teams are gone, but as seen in Episode 3, a new dark force is brewing within the Pokémon World.
