Alpha Clément Ikr! Even though I’m a kid from this generation and I missed all the freaking events and I’m too young to buy stuff myself so I cant get action replay or anything to get the pokemon, I know all the gen 4 events and I can say from experience from the YT vids I’ve seen that the gen 6 and 7 events SUCK compared to the old ones! In Gen 4, you got to go to an entirely new area and fight the pokemon yourself. Believe me, I’m all for getting free mythicals, but actually fighting and catching them yourself is WAY more rewarding than just having them given to you. It makes the mythicals seem less valuable, you know?

Lucky Lucian And instead of going back to what made mythical pokemon AMAZING in gens 2-5, we just have the pokemon handed over to us like junk! They dont feel as special anymore! In the old games you got to see new places and catch the mythicals yourself in an actual fight, and although I’m just a kid and I haven’t experienced the events myself, I’ve still seen them all and I can tell catching them yourself feels so rewarding! Having them just handed over to you makes them feel nowhere near as special! Catching legendaries is one of the most fun parts if pokemon games for me, and having the mythicals just handed over to you takes away what makes them special in my eyes.

Now that i think about it, maybe it would have been better if the hoopa rings in ORAS would only appear if you got a Hoopa in-game and the distribution method for Hoopa would be via QR Code similar to Magearna. That way there would be a very good reason to obtain Hoopa

@@ajlnation9053 in or/as the eon ticket was disturbed to certain people at certain events in the past *HOWEVER* like how the Eon ticket can be received through record mixing with a r/s/e that already had the ticket, in or/as if you streetpass someone who has the eon ticket then the BuzzNav will have a notification saying a gift was received and boom Eon Ticket get! I was got alpha sapphire 2 years ago and got my eon ticket so it shouldn't be hard to get it now

you can still get event pokemon in pokemon pearl, diamond, platinum, black, white, black2 and white2. i suggest looking at an online tutorial if you own any of these games.
