Hey gang! I wanted to let you know that I posted this song to honor my friend. Which is why half if not more of the proceeds will be going to the Colon Cancer Coalition. Billy sang for this song over a year ago, and I kept putting off doing it because I wasn't happy with my portion of the singing. So I kept redoing and redoing it and before I knew it everything happened. I'm sorry I didn't finish it sooner. I love you buddy and I'll do everything I can to honor you every day. First, I hesitate to call even Leon a champion, and second, Geeta wasn't really the actual Champion battle, Nemona was. If anything, it was the Elite 4.5 and then the real Champion.

@IronManJA Geeta doesn't count because she isn't as difficult as even the Elite 4. Even if it's a personal thing, Geeta has never KOd one of my Pokemon while the Elite 4 and Nemona have KOd at least one. Plus, Geeta doesn't really strategize or make good moves during her battle. I can say I struggled against her the first time through, but Nemona still ended up giving me far more of a challenge, and I'm sure that's the same for some other people. Plus, Geeta never has that overpowering feel to her, while the Elite 4 and Nemona do to a certain extent. Facing Geeta feels more like a chore than an actual battle really.

This song will always be a classic and I will never get tired of singing it! I really like the two characters used for this song, Leon and Gary/Blue, those two makes sense due to the connection between Ash and the two VA's that voice them. Gary/Blue being One of Ash's oldest and greatest rivals and Leon, the very person Ash defeated to finally become World Champion. Congrats to Ash for becoming the World Champion and Rest in Peace Billy Kametz, an amazing Voice Actor and I will never the work that he has done.

It hurts finding out Billy passed, and that you didn't get this out originally like you wanted to.
