Returning to the top 75 are Kingdra, Gothitelle, Oranguru, Scizor, Kantonian Weezing, and Kantonian Ninetales. Together, they replaced Clefable, Gengar, Tauros (Aqua Breed), Toedscruel, Mimikyu, and Skeledirge.

Hisuian Lilligant has gained favor this generation for being a naturally fast Chlorophyll user who has both Sleep Powder and stat buff moves, as well as Follow Me, giving the ballet-dancing plant unprecedented control over the battle should harsh sunlight be around-though like all Pokémon based on blinding, unbeatable Speed, like Sneasler, they are kept in check through priority moves. I don’t know how common it is, but as a Fighting-type, Hisuian Lilligant can learn Upper Hand to counter that.
Lugia, however, is a veritable wall, no mtter how you put it. High HP, high Defense, and an even higher Sp. Defense with Restricted Pokémon stats combine to ensure a battle goes on for a while. Of course, in a double battle, you can save Pokémon like Lugia for last, in order to overwhelm even its healing moves.
