Quality maybe a lil low and a tiny bit laggy because I'm on n emulator... sorry bout that =)

I know many say Ho-Oh better fits this due to being serene and graceful but that's because he's supposed to be more graceful. Lugia is chaotic and unpredictable, it takes a calm before being summoned like the calm before the storm. But in the end I hope they use summoning the legendary in the future just because it feels so in place and so right.

I dunno if its just me, but the SoulSilver Lugia summoning looks more messy especially with the wave animation when the Kimono Girls are dancing... the Ho-Oh summoning looks more serene and peaceful ^^;

Lugia rulez and Ho-oh doesn't because 1. Lugia is bigger than Ho-oh. 2. Lugia can go underwater and in the air, and Ho-oh just flies. and 3. Lugia has Hydro Pump and ho-oh has Fire Blast. Lugia beats Ho-oh three times.

Not at all lol... I know of one guy trying to translate the dialog for us but understandably his taken his time doing so lol... Lot of the interface n menus I got translated though thanks to another patch... sadly they are not translateting dialog so probably will have to wait for the official release for that lol Anyways... I can get around ok lol.. This is a remake of a game I own after all lol... granted it has been many years since I played Pokemon Silver on my Game Boy Color lol

I like Ho-Oh's summoning a lot better, theres more 3-D time. Lugia's is too quick to enjoy. LOL & he looks so retarded flying down, i think it would have been better if he jumped out of the water below and do that tornado like in the movie.

@Xidphel well then, you just strengthen my point. Everyone says Lugia is better (for no actual good reason). Lugia has terrible attack. He only has good Defense and speed. Ho-Oh has good Attack and HP. They're pretty even. and with Adamant nature (Which grows attk & sp defence), Hooh can withstand 2-4 surfs from lugia. enough to last And can cripple Lugia with Dark/Ghost moves. 3 lugias (from friends) & My Hooh hasn't lost to a lugia just yet.

My SoulSilver game the komonio girls aren't the cave and when the summoning starts lugia is already there before his shadow in the waterfall appears and when the shadow appears my game goes black pls help and yes I did the battle with all five of the komonio girls

@jango7879 not really, Lugia isn't all that great because one hit of Punishment from Ho-Oh and Lugia goes down hard. My Ho-Oh can beat my friends Lugia. If you get the right nature for Ho-Oh, like Adamant, Ho-Oh won't take much damage from water and would destroy Lugia.

@kennyJRT Lugia is faster and has higher defense while Ho-oh has higher attack and special attacks. Lugia has type advantage (Water vs Fire). Training and nature works both ways. I can give the right nature to Lugia and train it alot and MY Lugia will be better than YOUR Ho-oh. Use base stats.
