They also get alot of hate simply because it was a very long generation as the lets go games well fun didn’t really count as competitive Pokémon games. Sword and Shield kinda suffers from that same issue of being a long generation as Arceus also well fun (imo) definitely isn’t a your normal Pokémon game.

To be honest, ultra sun and moon are my favorite Pokémon games. I don’t think anyone can re-create the magic of me playing sun for the first time, getting stuck on the grass trial, and resetting over and over again.

Pokémon Ultra Moon is honestly one of my favorites. Top five for me. That shiny Beldum fainting to struggle awakened an old memory from my first playthrough when I randomly ran into a shiny beldum with no ultra balls but I did have my Decidueye so I could bring it to one hp since take down wouldn't hit me. It was heartbreaking to watch it faint. But I went back when I got the master ball and used it on another shiny Beldum I encountered with S.O.S chaining. I was getting that shiny lol.

I did a fighting only nuzlocke for sword. Me and Leon had two Pokémon left. Lucario had a burn and at one HP since it didn't want me to sad, we killed Dragupault then Lucario died. And then I dynamaxed Urshifu and I used the wrong max move on Charizard. I meant to use max air stream and used lightning instead. Then Charizard won with two Max air streams. I did another nuzlocke after that did a raid and got a shiny ninetales, I wasn't even hunting. My final team for that nuzlocke was Shiny Ninetales, Gmax Gengar, Gmax Pikachu, Dragupault, Lucario, and Amped gmax Toxtricity. I had a gmax Machamp but it died to a Hawlucha. Leon in that battle only killed Gengar. Gmax Pikachu paralyzed it and it somehow lived on one hp but then it got buttered by the sand storm it made. That was my first ever nuzlocke win. I also had a Sirfetch'd but Bede killed it in the second mine after I just evolved it, and I was really looking forward to using it. Edit: 146K views and 12K subs? C'mon people, fuckin subscribe

Hau was such a let down for a "rival". Gladion, however, was my "rival". I want Pokemon to remake Black and White and Black 2 and White 2 for the switch, then I will never buy another game from them again. I loved how hard those games were. No offense but the newer Pokemon games feel very easy and make me tired when playing. Arceus was fun except for the Pokedex. What a GRIND! I still haven't filled even half of it... Ahhhhh!
