Pokémon Ultra Sun Hardcore Nuzlocke But I Can Only Use SHINY Pokémon!!
Hi everyone! In this video I'll be attempting a Pokémon Ultra Sun hardcore nuzlocke using only shiny Pokémon!
My rules:
- If a pokémon faints, it cannot be used anymore and must be boxed for the entire run.
- Set mode must be turned on.
- No in-battle items, such as potions or revives, are allowed. Held items are okay.
- I can only catch the first shiny encounter per route.
- No leveling past the following Kahunas (or E4’s) ace pokémon.
- XP share is turned off
- No Z-moves allowed

Having personally endured the hell that is soft resetting in SuMo for Rowlet (85 hours) and Popplio (202 hours, WISH I was joking 🤢) then Litten (55 hours) in USUM, I can't give you enough props for sticking out that first hunt, definitely the worst part of the run for sure. Immediately hit that sub button, great bloody job my dude 👍

This run makes me excessively happy because you use both my favorite pokemon and Shiny, Vikavolt. On the day I got my copy of Sun, I got two shinies within an hour, the second of which was Grubbin. Loved the entire line ever since.

I know you couldn’t really help it in this run, but I HIGHLY recommend using Vaporeon against Ultra Necrozma? Why? Because it can know HAZE! Haze will immediately get rid of the omniboost, and Vaporeon is bulky enough to tank a hit. Source: Experience.

I love how PokeTubers say "so I get another shiny Pokemon-" when we all know it took them 1 week plus to get it. Actually I've never gotten a shiny Buneary in Ultra Sun and I've been off and on SOS hunting for almost a year, but it took me three weeks to get a shiny Misdreavous and longer than that for a shiny Evee.
