Pokémon TCG Pocket BATTLE THEME - Funk Fusion Cover

WHY DO ALL OF THESE CARD GAMES HAVE SUCH EPIC BANGERS?! Honestly I'll never complain about it, cause more card games need killer osts!.
I've been OBSESSED with the new release of Pokémon TCG Pocket since it came out, and as a big TCG junkie, and from playing a bit of the Pokémon TCG off the Gameboy emulator on Switch, I had to give this game a go. Boy was I excited once I started really checking out the music.
The original OST has a interesting flavor of subtle yet immersive atmosphere when you open the game up, and hearing it reminds me a lot of the Nintendo Wii ost since it's using a bunch of soft synths/pads and layering with all sorts of different sounds that curate a gentle/easy going vibe.
My main inspiration was to take this already great Battle Theme, and make it groove a bit harder (cause that's usually what I do a lot of the time lol). I really had a blast working on this, and hope you enjoy this as much as I did!

This was all recorded live from one of my past twitch streams, everything you see/hear is all my doing: Drums, Keys, Video Editing, Mix/Mastering.
