Take some of Pupitar's entries for example, in some games it claims the shell is as hard as bedrock and others sheetrock. Besides, if you're just going on Mew's entry- what stops Arceus' from being as relevant? It's a confusing matter- with NO official answer. We have literally nothing but speculation and interpretation of everything given to us, INCLUDING the Pokedex.

the theory about the eeveelutions becoming the legendary dogs is nice cuz it makes sense. eeveelutions were a popular choice in ecruteak city by the kimono girls. they preformed there, a lightning struck the tower, set it on fire and killed a veporeon, jolteon and flareon. then ho-oh resurrected them and gave the a boost. but we missed something. according to the legend there, the three Pokemon who died never had those elemental powers before. so I think the three Pokemon who died were three eevees. after they died, when ho-oh gave them the boost, instead of giving them the normal element boost of when the evolve to jolteon, flareon and veporeon, he gave them a MEGA element boost to become even MORE powerful! i think they deserve it, i mean they DIED! the deserve respect so they became legendaries. agreed?

Actually, taxonomy has domain before kingdom. There are domain eukarya, archaea, and bacteria. Archaea and bacteria have kingdoms archaebacteria and eubacteria respectively, and eukarya has kingdoms animalia, protista, plantae, and fungi. Close!

I think the Pokémon species there only nicknames, because many of them hasn´t got sense except if some people like call them like that. Other thing, I think the guys of GameFreak are fans of Jurassic Park. chopedandsectioned Good question! So the commonality of all the Pokemon is that first and foremost we are looking at gen 1 pokemon and how they relate to pokemon in gen 1 and outside of gen 1. So for instance in the next one I will start off with Quilava and compare it to Entei as they are both Volcano pokemon etc - make sense?
