Hi! It's been a while. Regrettably, I am unable to share any positive news. My video is being claimed by a lot of companies. Especially, the company called LatinAutor, followed by IPRS_CS and then JASRAC. I start to get tired of defending my video. Whenever it happens, my videos are always taken down with a copyright strike. *KZbin is entirely to blame on this one.* Despite the company's refusal, I appealed my video. Usually when you appeal a video, the company has 7 days to respond. That falls under KZbin's policies. support.google.com/youtube/answer/12104471?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid KZbin has the audacity to keep the appeal open for 11 days, despite the company not responding for 7 days. Once my appeal was finished, they added additional days, making it more time-consuming to restore my video to its original state. Since I recorded everything on video when they extended my appeal, I have proof of that. KZbin usually refuses to send counter notifications to the company that claims my videos, even after I provide all the necessary evidence. Particularly during those circumstances. My counter notification is usually accepted after at least 3 attempts most of the time until the company receives it. It has come to my attention that certain individuals who send counter notifications are no longer permitted to do so after just 1 time. This means that individuals will continue to receive a copyright strike without the ability to recover their videos. To be honest, this is terrifying to witness. To avoid a copyright strike and to ensure that the video wasn't deleted, I removed my appeal at the end. In the end, the video is still being claimed by that company and I will no longer be able to appeal it ever again. In the future, I will remove my video completely. It's possible that it's within a few days, months, or years. I can't get copyrighted video on my channel and explain why. In those conditions, KZbin may attempt to demonetize my channel completely based on the belief that I have reused content. It's probable that some of you are aware of what this is. In case you're not sure and want more information, there's: support.google.com/youtube/community-guide/271248162/faq-reused-content-youtube%E2%80%99s-partner-program?hl=en It has already occurred in the past. I think it was at least three times. I live in France and my channel is my life, so they usually take the majority of my earnings due to taxes. It's not a laughing matter anymore. I cannot take that risk for my life. I am now a company. Years have passed. Despite not being in the wrong, there's nothing I can do unfortunately. All the companies you've mentioned have a history of false copyrighting content. They most likely take their chances to see if they could take the monetization of channels that are less likely to have a successful appeal. I don't understand why youtube is making it harder to appeal, but you can try to contact youtube support since those companies are reocurrent and support might understand your situation better than solving this with an appeal. You've been doing this for a long time, and your channel isn't small or unfamiliar. I don't fully understand the youtube copyright system, but I hope things get sorted out.

Yep. Sure his Charizard was too strong but it was established to be a powerhouse early in XY through the Mega Evolution Acts plus this fight also work for Alain's story arc. Out of all of the people who beat Ash in the anime, he's currently the only one who I'm fine with eliminating Ash in the final round. Plus he admits to Ash that he's the better trainer compared to himself at the end of the series.

@@cricocadazzle4439 Eh, I dunno. That Charizard was a bit OP-ed. Even with Sheer Power, it took a bunch of hits from both Pikachu and Greninja. While Pikachu was exhausted, Greninja only got hit a few times. Despite what I positively said about them, I just think that the amount of damage given and taken was my problem with the victory or alike. And this goes for other battles. :)

@@dnmstarsi I think the problem that the anime makers face is the fact that in the logic and rules of the games(which these are based off of), A pokemon a good few levels over another can knock out an enemy pokemon in one or two moves(depending on effectiveness). If it's more even, it would still only take around 3-5 hits from a normally effective move for one pokemon to go down and take 1-3 hits if the move is super effective, even if the pokemon it's being used on is a few levels higher. Most battles should be a lot shorter than they end up being but I think Ash vs Alain in particular was easier to see just because of how much we were all focusing on it, and how long it was.

Ironically after Gen 6, Gen 7 gameplay and difficulty became better than in Gen 6, but after the XY series ended the SM series took its place and... well, it's worse, but at least it has some good moments but SM series will never beat the XY series.
