IDEA: create a crafting mechanic allowing you to fuse a remote raid pass and 500 MP to remotely fight in dynamax raids, along with being able to invite people to them. Now everyone can have fun when they don’t have 20+ ppl around them yknow? But like, still you have to go and walk around because it’s Pokémon go

If it is back for good, I certainly hope that they fix the biggest issue with it; that if the app crashes either during the raid or after the completion of it, you’re basically out of the pass because there’s no way to get back to the gym and Niantic support basically tells you to go eff yourself.

When it happened to me I reached out to support and they refunded my pass after a day. But yes, I hope they fix that and make it like normal remote raids if you get booted.

@freestylesfeebas1951 The support now constantly just tells me this anytime I get screwed out of a raid pass because of bugs in the app “Our records indicate that you completed the raid so there’s no issue here. Your support ticket will now be closed.”

The only downside I've found from the feature of joining raids through the friendslist came up when I was hosting raids on Pokeraid. I found that I was able to invite the 10 people to the raid, but because people joined off my friends list 2 or 3 weren't able to accept the invite to join the raid. Unsure if hosting a private room would change that 🧐

There are another downside- if you glitch out (freeze, white screen etc.) you can't find that raid anymore and basically it's gone. Even if raid timer is still there. With invite you could still go in raid and catch pokemon that you raided until raid timer is still there. Until this is fixed I will avoid that feature because I already lost 2 remote raid pases like that.

Another issue I noticed was if you join from the friends list and your game crashes you can hang up getting back in. I think you could turn the feature off if you don’t want people joining

Joining raids from your friends list is great if you have remote raid passes but at the moment it's not that useful for me because I don't have any remote raid passes and I don't have enough pokecoins to get any and don't have the money to spend on any of my games in general

@Tank-f7z I'm right there with I've got 4 gyms around me and sometimes all of them are the same color in fact I think right now they're all blue I know I have at least 1 pokemon in a gym there's a gym right by me at the corner steps away that I can put a pokemon in the pokemon tend to stay in the gyms for long periods of time and then at some point I'll have all of my pokemon knocked out of the gyms in the same day the weather is cold where I live if I do put more pokemon in gyms they will be in for a long period of time the pokemon I currently have in a gym right now has been in the gym for so long that I don't remember when I put it in the gym that's how long it's been in the gym and there has been times that the gyms immediately are taken over the second I put a pokemon in them so I don't even get the full 50 pokecoins for the day it could be the weather or people have quit playing all together I've very rarely seen people in person who play and those I have seen in person and added I never see anymore and have no way of finding out if they still play 1 of my local friends and me are lucky friends but I haven't seen them since the day I added them and don't have a way to contact them so we can even try to plan a time to meet up and do a trade

They did make changes to the new raid feature versus the test. You can still see and enter raids from your friends list. But you can't then send out raid invites and friends can't see you in that raid and then join. That part's different from the test.

The piggy back option is the best. Now that you have to be great friend to use this option, means not removing people from your list. Great video as usual have a great day.

Of course the Max Mushrooms are a scam, in the mainline games they were used to give pokemon the ability to gigantamax, in GO you can't even use them to give your pokemon dynamax, so yeah, not only are they a scam they're also a waste of money and time.

I saw that 5 minute test and became immediately sus. Then seeing the price... coming up before a beefy boss... god damn scam. Just like they knew the first gigantamax weekend would take people by surprise and force extra particle sales to unlock moves. Max mons are a straight money grab so far.
