I think a good little feature they should add to the game is that if your buddy assist with the catch, You get a little boost in Stardust it doesn’t have to be much even just a little boost just to make that feature a little bit more than just assist catch

If you can get to it quick enough, you can turn off the auto catcher manually in game when you see the icon appear above the pokemon you want. That way, I at least have a chance of not loosing it to the catcher, but again, you have to be quick about it. I was able to do it at Go Fest.

Are the birds unique Pokémon? I turned unknown Pokémon off for my auto catcher but I have kanto birds and wondering if that will mess up the known/unknown designation

Autocatchers will try to catch the birds if you have them in your dex already (for some reason, it's not supposed to try on legendaries). And yes, it won't catch them because it can't throw excellents or ultras. So if you're out looking for birds, either turn that thing off, or you'd better be fast on the tap.

I installed it on 2016 , catch a Bulbasaur then uninstall. I just reinstall Pokemon Go last week. My problem now is there's no gym or pokestop in my place. Level 20 now and still don't have a team and worst of all im always out of PokeBalls. Im only relying on free30 on daily incense. 😢😢😢

Wild legendary shinies will not run, so if you find a shiny g-bird you don't need to master ball it. Unless you run out of balls, they still have a super low catch rate!

Why always all generation Pokemon starters must be the first Grass type, second Fire type and third Water type. All have double evolution. Why don't change the pattern if there are generation 10 Pokemon. For generation 10 all 18 type Pokemon starters in their Grass, Fire, Water, Electric, Normal, Flying, Bug, Rock, Ground, Fighting, Ghost, Psychic, Dark, Fairy, Steel, Poison, Ice and Dragon. All have double evolution. Hence we have 18 Pokemon as starters for Generation 10!!! Then 18 multiply by 3 because all have double evolution so 54 Pokemon starters plus evolution.!!!
