I ordered this board for my brother cause I already have the rainy75. Nd75 sounds good and has awesome features, but there is just something magical about the rainy75 sound profile. Edit: after getting the ND75 and comparing it to the Rainy75, the Rainy 75 is a lot poppier and has a clearer sound profile. Although the ND75 has cool features the rainy just feels more premium and brings any switch to life and the stabs feel better as well.

The foamy sound profile is fine on plastic ¨beginner¨ boards IMO. Personally, I prefer a clackier sound on my aluminum boards. But I do agree with you that the ¨ball latch¨ system should be on every board from now on. At least on aluminum boards. Thank you for your review Hipyo! Love to see your opinions on these boards! The sound is not as different if you compare the boards with the same switches and the same keycaps. So far: I like the Rainy better in terms of a keyboard layout. 75s come in various flavors for what keys they do and don't include and how many of them. For me the screen's a gimmick, and as gimmicks go, I'd rather have a knob, and better, more portable/open source software is definitely desired. That said I like the ND75's sound with the bloopy bits better. I don't think you could go wrong with either keyboard.

Keychron should have some good ones, got myself a V6 Max (red switches) and so far I really like it. Linears take getting used to a bit, and I am thinking of getting at least a heavier switch for the spacebar (it almost registers when looking at it I feel). But the feel is very nice, and it is a good bit quieter then my previous keyboard (Ducky One v1 blue). Transferred the keycap o-rings from the old to the new made it a bit more silent even. It might not be as premium as the all metal Q6, but for half the price of that I am not complaining. I tried the low profile K6 before getting this one, but could not get used to no physical border between the bottom keycap row and the upper plate. Typing feel on that was good, but I made even more typing errors on the low profile one so I switched it out.
