thank you cabbage for this informative video, though i would like to give some more maths to the equation so, in average you'll get 6 berries per bush, considering the video prices and the gtl tax ($100 per berry) you would only make $126.360 per day, wich doesn't look so bright considering that in the video, cabbage considers the perfect scenario where you get 7 berries per bush and doesn't add the tax, even so it's still a very profitable farming

Yesterday i tried it i made about 68k profit on gtl just planted on unova airport it gave me around 450 leppa so it feels kinda not worth tbh because it took around 10 min plus it needs to be care of i Said to myself i could rerun gym with that time. And all your money waits to purchased so i dont recommend as a beginner

I am so glad this guide exists! I haven’t been able to plant my seeds and assumed I was doing it wrong. Turns out, those seeds just don’t go together. Wouldn’t even bother planting anything, except the seeds were untradeable. You can probably tell I’m new at this game. Comments are quite harsh on this video, but honestly you did an amazing job with this guide. I never farmed berries and never will but it demystifies the process and I have a better understanding of it! And even if you did not consider the listing fees, most of the time people sell them on trade chat, so yeah your maths aren’t that bad!

I followed your guide and I ended up investing about $600k on seeds. But I only had a yeild of 783 leppa berries, which sold for about $680k at the current market price of about 860. meaning after the listing fee (about $80k) I actually took a net loss of a few thousand $. This was pretty discouraging. Where I must have went wrong is that when I watered them the second time, the plants were already dry/ dehydrated. I didn't water them in time i guess, severely reducing my yeild. Some plants gave me 0 berries. it was a dissapointing trial but I'm hoping my next farm goes better.

I fully understand your frustration and appreciate you letting me know. If the plants were dehydrated that was 100% the problem! If you go to pokemmohub.com you’ll be able to set timers for berries and see how long they take to grow. ​@@YoungCabbage Got some better numbers in case you are interested. better results on farm 2 and 3. Had a yeild of 932, and then 942. which after listing fee's gave me profits of 106k, and 121k respectively. it is very likely every harvest will have a yeild of close to the average of 936 berries per 156 plants, without much fluctuation. The true profit per 156 plots is definitely a bit lower than your projections. Unless I'm missing something, profits are going to consistently be around the 100k-120k range. But still a very solid method that does not take that much time for me to learn. I'm very interested to see what other guides you may come out with on this topic in the future!

Loved the video, very helpful guide! Well Done! 1 critique - numbers are accurate with how much profit you will get, but how you display the math is atrocious. (850x1092, 930k-550k, 375k*7days, 2mil*4weeks? or 375k*30days... you got every single calculation wrong.) However, without the perfect math I still think it's a good video because it's close enough and you can get a good understanding of profits.

On average you get 6 leppa beries for each plant and the gtl fee is 100 a berry, so the final profit will be152. 000 a day, which is still decent.

i can see youre aware of the profit from buying the seeds from the gtl so i dont have to tell you why buying them off the gtl is not worth it. but i do want to explain a method that i do that does make great profit but is only for the more end game shiny hunting players as ive been farming leppas for about 2 years. yup thats right i havent paid for any leppas in 2 years plus... so i wont explain everything here as its to much info to place here though i will put my leppa guide here for you to look at when you decide to make the more in depth guide cause you actually have a really well put together script. so to start off being the MOST important thing to get to make berry farming faster that cuts the time down by HALF would to get custom strings. if youre an end game player youve probably heard people talk about custom strings, basically what they do is take away the NPC dialog which lets you basically skip through the text and when watering the berry there is a cool thing people figured out that is used to remove the text box entirely when watering which makes watering literally instant, so when you water you can start moving your character right after you use the watering can on the berry instead of having to wait the 1.5 seconds it takes for the text box to go away before it lets you move. drive.google.com/file/d/1jw76KBEPtB5_Y8Mg4En4xuKmA7WtRmKC/view?usp=sharing download them from the google drive. lastly, i want to state this method does not work for everyone. the only way to make the best money is to self sustain by growing other berries that you harvest with the harvesting tools to get the seeds in order to grow the leppas. which consist of Cheri, Rawst, and Pecha berries. with this method you have to make 6 characters. and at least 3 of them needs to beat unova completely and get abundant shrine unlocked and the other 3 can stay in mistralton. if u wanna maximize profits get all 6 to abundant. i know this sounds scary but lemme tell you ITS WORTH IT. you just have to rip the bandaide off and just do it and get the characters done. they only need unova done thats it, and obviously your main account should have all regions complete. ive also decided to put screenshots of my most recent method of the guide screenshots in the google drive with the custom strings folder to just make it a all in one package. hope this helps. the way i found works best is to plant the Cheri, Rawst and Pecha berries the first day on all 6 then the next day using the 3 characters that have abundant to plant leppas and on the other 3 planting more cheri berries as very spicy seeds are the most expensive. happy farming! my IGN is : PumpActiongWang i have almost 6,000 hours played on my account.

The one and only profitable way to farm leppa is make alts grow your own seeds and plant leppa and cycle through it without purchasing any seeds in the future. Leppa is The Best money making method in the game But Only if you know your math

above the plants there is the "thirst meter" that allows you to see how thirsty your plants are. I usually water them when they have 2 drops left. You never want it to run out of water droplets.
