POKEMON 151 PSA GRADED RETURN!! (DON'T GRADE REVERSE HOLOS!!)

yea psa is pretty fair with printlines on modern fullarts,SARs,etc. but not reverses or vintage reverses/holos. psa has gotten more strict with grading so this sub looks good to me and most people but probably isn't what you're used to. i just had a submission of a bunch of off-center cards and printlined cards and they all got 10s but i paid 'value plus' so maybe paying extra has some effect.

Going by the Pop report, looks like the Master Ball reverses are doing better with more 10's than 9's, but the regular reverses are all skewing way more 9's than 10's

Watched your more recent 151 PSA return and it looks like your pokeball reverses graded ALOT easier. Maybe they needed time to establish their threshold with the print lines? Maybe it had something to do with how noticeable it is on the cards. You did say they’re selling well though, I’ve got a ton to sell so I might try grading them too.

Hmm, im not sure, i just looked up pokemon 151 and they popped up, if you go and look at PSA labels of the cards you want to submit it can be easier.

Hmm, I remember my AR Wartortles had horizontal lines on the front, almost didn't catch it as I never really look at the front of ARs. Maybe yours also had lines? Print quality was pretty rough on the 151 set overall

My cards are also usually returned out of order, putting the cards in order would mean a lot of extra time for the employees that they cant use to get more cards through psa. I could understand a small fee per card to put them back in order once they go through quality control though, but it doesn't really bother me personally.

Dude, it was negative money the moment you paid to have all them graded. You dont know specifically what PSA is looking at, so dont get butthurt when you get an 8 or 9 and be more grateful when you do get a 10

Great video but iny personal opinion a reverse holo with print lines should never be graded a 10. I understand that a psa 10 is graded on a scale from 94/100 so it can have minor flaws, however when you have grating flaws such as those it's important to show them in photos so the buyer can decide whether it's acceptable or not. That's why for my personal collection I only collect cgc 10s because these would never get a 10 from cgc.

Actually HEAPS of these would get 10s with CGC. Their pop report for Japanese 151 matches the PSA 10-rate almost exactly.
