Legends of Unova draws inspiration from Pokemon Black and White and Pokemon Legends: Arceus, imagining a game set in Unova several hundred years ago, before the events of Black and White, but with the music arranged in a similar manner to Legends: Arceus; as if it were several hundred years before the originals. Writing this posed a difficult task, as I had to find a balance between keeping each piece recognizable while also trying to shape them in order to tell the story of this journey. As a result, some pieces were mostly left unchanged, while others were remixed or redone entirely and even more snuck in as brief transitions, harmonies, or quick little tags. If you want to challenge yourself, try to see which references you can cath! There are 22 pieces in total I used for this arrangement.

The 8-Bit Orchestra was inspired by the University of Maryland Gamer Symphony Orchestra, the first collegiate ensemble dedicated to performing video game music.
8-Bit pieces are arranged by students, conducted by students, and performed by students of the University of Delaware. The group organizes concerts twice a year: at the end of the fall and spring semesters. Starting with a group of around 40, now reaching nearly 60 members from a wide variety of majors, the 8-Bit Orchestra is continuing to grow. Today, we are the largest instrumental music RSO on campus, and have been invited to perform at off-campus events like Minefaire, the Minecraft fan convention and Comic-Con for Kids.
