I like the silver borders, but will definitely miss the yellow. The set symbols sometimes would get confusing and I think looking up the cards will become easier due to knowing the series and set numbers instead. Thanks for showing us the sneak peak!

Nobody noticed the difference of the middle card of the starter Pokemon? It has a different picture from the other two boxes. But I can't wait for the new series.

That's because the middle card is the promo card of the box and the other 2 are not promo so if you want all 3 starter promo cards you have to get all 3 different boxes :)

I love the silver borders, I think they look so much better! Not having set symbols will be harder to get used to though. Excited for these new products and for the Scarlet/Violet set to come out next year. Can't wait to get a Sprigatito box! :D

My favorite is definitely Fuecoco, once it fully evolves, torch song is such a good move! It boosts special attack after attacking, which makes the next use of it even more powerful

I personally think that they should have color coded cards for commons, rares and legendaries (whatever you wanna call them) but keep that same yellow in the commons so that the majority of the cards will stay similar, and some can change, since something new is always something nice to try.

I personally prefer the silver borders but will really miss the set symbols. On another note, the reasoning behind 3 different boxes is because each one has the specific starter of the box as a promo card where the other two are just the normal cards from the set with foiling.

I honestly don't mind the changes this time around. The game has deviated in a way that I don't like, but these cards are less unlikable to me. It's more subtle and noticable, but passable. And in my nerdy heart the closer it looks like to it's Japanese counterpart the better. I always thought the set symbol was stupid. I'm so happy they revised that. I always hated taking a look at a set symbol of a card and having to guess what set it is from the hundreds of sets they have released so far. I wish they would have changed the back of the card to look more like the Japanese cards too, but it's okay. Besides, a lot of people might have hated it for being changed so, so much. This is actually a breath of fresh air for the Pokemon TCG. Still not sure if I want to collect it because of the stupid prices, but I'll see.

So did anyone else notice that the starters very subtly change? The centermost starter, the one that is on the name of the box, has a different card with different attacks (and only 1 attack compared to 2) than the same Pokemon in the other sets; easier way of explaining it, the Fuecoco in the Fuecoco collection is a different card to the 1 you get in the other 2 collections, not just the artwork

Btw the reason fuecoco and the rest of the promos don't have set symbols is because they have not came out with sets plust the borders will most likely stay yellow. They just probably put that border there for special promo effects

Quaxly is my top favorite. I know how a lot of people don't like its last evolution, but someone who's also from Spain, it represents the flamenco dance of the country. The way he dances is perfect and hits one of the cultures of Spain!

The change to make every rare+ Holo is the same change the digimon TCG made back when BT7 or something came out and honestly I'm totally down for it, especially if it means we get 2 rares per pack like digimon which I'm hoping. They said 3 holos per pack, so I'm assuming it's 1 reverse Holo, 1 regular rare, and 1 rare or higher.

I love Sprigatito. I honestly don’t care about its bipedal evolutions. For me, anthropomorphic does not equal furry. My only complaint is that Floragato and Meowscarada don’t give off any of the same “aura” Sprigatito does. But at the end of the day, what looks good looks good.

Last week I traded my cards with my cousin, I wanted her charizard and reshiram GX. She was looking through my binder and chose a regileki VMAX. Since I live in Australia things are little more expensive, the regileki VMAX is 10 dollars. THE CHARIZARD AND RESHIRAM IS 70 DOLLARS. 70.
