Previous week I bought some 3 pack pin blisters from Crown Zenith and asked my nephew( 8years old) to choose one because he did well on school . He chose the Rillaboom one and pulled a Gold giratina Vstar on the second pack !!!!! He was screaming from happiness and I was laughing my a** for his happiness. Lowest sale of Evolving Skies booster box on eBay was $580. I see a few @ $610 but for the most part its still at $670 or so. I think its just Sword & Shield fatigue. Everyone switched to Scarlet & Violet for a bit and now I am starting to see movement in Sun & Moon. Collectors and investors will circle back to Sword & Shield, maybe even Japanese since its so cheap right now. Always a fun ride in Pokemon investing/collecting.

Those evolving skies prices were loose packs and the magikarp prices could be Japanese.. tcg should have something where you can click on the sold listings and see what the details were

@dripsonice413 I showed a local one that sold for $500. And there are tons of Evolutions boxes for $400-$500 on ebay when they should be $800. They also have to put if it's sealed or loose packs when listing. They chose sealed. If they are loose packs, every one of those people can get their money back. Those also aren't Japanese sales either. Multiple English sales on eBay match those prices.

What's your take on a lot of the SV Japanese stuff crashing atm? Like sure Night Wanderer ARs and a few others are going down, but I can pick up a booster box for 30 bucks. That's a dollar a pack about. Whether ripping or investing that has to be a good deal. I picked up Japanese 151 booster boxes for around 45 bucks. Even with the card prices dropping they seem to pay for themselves.

Yeah maybe I’m just getting lucky, but a guaranteed Masterball, Art Rares, and a few others and it’s paid for. The last one I just ripped for fun and got the Erika’s Invitation SIR which is a lot more in Japanese. Thats just one card and the box was paid for! So far every box of Japanese 151 has paid for itself, I’m having a blast haha
