This theme took me considerable time to create.

*For so long it had lain dormant, that it thought this was the way of things. Kyogre had slumbered for aeons, and was content. Long gone were the days in which he was a god, rivalled only by his nemesis Groudon. Then all of a sudden....Light. Bright, pulsating, searing Light that tore him away from his slumber. The pain was unbearable. Whomsoever was responsible for this would feel his wrath! He let out a roar that held the anger of a disturbed deity. The cave-system that had been his cradle for so long could not withstand the sound of his re-awakening and began to collapse. As he leapt up, he could see five tiny figures stand below him. One of them shouted something.* "Go Primal Kyogre! Destroy everything!" *Meddlesome gnat, Kyogre thought. It presumes to command me!? It wishes destruction?! It would have it's wish! Kyogre broke through the wall seperating the cave-system from the open ocean, and within mere seconds, leapt up into the air. And with another roar that reflected the rage and contempt the re-awakened god held for this world, so tainted with landmass, the skies darkened. Where once the day had been as clear as polished crystal, now stormclouds darkened the whole world. Rain started to fall in uncontrollable amounts, and the longer Kyogre was free, the more powerful it grew. Now tidal waves began to crash upon the land everywhere, and waterspouts soon dominated everywhere one looked. He flew away, wishing to see more of this new world he had re-emerged in, this world that would soon be rectified, brought back to the state it was always meant to be, washed clean of sickening landmass left by Groudon in defiance of his own rule.* "Kyogre! Listen to my command!" *WHO DARED?! Kyogre's eye darted around, until at last he spotted the human contraption, this thing they used to traverse the underwater seas. Atop it he spotted two tiny figures. The same ones that were in the cave! The shouter! Still it did not know whom they were dealing with! Still it thought it could demand his allegiance!* *IT WILL KNOW WHO RULES!, Kyogre thought as he turned around and sped towards the submarine.*

I like how like with the remix for Dialga and Palkia in Legends Arceus, this mix for Groudon and Kyogre has a different tempo, making if feel like you're up against a kaiju that helped shape the very world you live on.

Generations made Kyogre terrifying, and thats what I love about it, when we see Kyogre, we don't think it could harm us other than drowning us with its rain or using Origin Pulse, we just see it as a big whale, but in Origins? They made Kyogre an genuine threat as a Legendary. Whenever we get the "out of the Weather Trio, who would be the most threatening?" The answer would usually be Groudon since it can just evaporate the Ocean to oblivion, but it can be handled in some form, its hindered by being forced to Walk or Run in order to get itself to move, Kyogre? Well lets just say Kyogre is the most threatening now. Seriously, Kyogre has almost nothing holding it back from drowning the planet, When Groudon evaporates the ocean, we can survive albeit not for too long, Kyogre? There is absolutely *NO* way to survive Kyogre, Battle it? You either get utterly killed by getting eaten or die to it's Origin Pulse, outrun it by being on land? Too bad! It can fly! Escape it somehow? If its not going after you, the rain will, fly to the sky? Escaping to the sky will only get you so far before your Pokemon get tired from carrying you. You only can pray to Arceus for Kyogre to be stopped. It's without a doubt in Lore a terrifying Legendary when awoken. It literally did not waste a second to destroy the Earth, it summoned the mightiest of storms, the most destructive winds and the most powerful of lightnings. Groudon? You could survive it by managing to store your water in some form before it evaporates, hell maybe underground will help, but Kyogre? There's no way you can survive. Just one opening will fill that bunker to the brim with Water.

The thing about Groudon is nobody would want to survive. No water and the inability to trust the very Ground you walk on plus the endless heat and humidity. I'd rather drown in a day the starve and suffer.

This is how Kyogre felt to me playing Sapphire as a kid. When it got awakened and the whole region started raining and there was thunder everywhere in my kid head I imagined it being like this 20-30 meters large monster in the sky and just slowly floating over the region while everything under it gets drowned and destroyed rumbling style.
