Yep, I was lucky to find the Chancey that was wondering around the Venetian last night. I've yet to have Pokevision work for me. Only ever seems to show basic Pokémon but not everywhere. I've had rare Pokémon show up but Pokémon seems to ignore it's existence.

You can't actually get lure modules or lucky eggs from pokestops, you have to get them from levelling up or buying them from the shop.
