Pokemon HeartGold Wifi battle vs Ricky

...Damn don't know where to start. Ok this kid says I was cheating because I had certain pokemon that were faster than his. Like Starmie for example. Starmie's base speed is 115. It's also a Timid nature so yes it will be faster than all of his pokemon in the party. He talked about my team just because I beat him. He acted like I beated him badly when we KO's each others pokemon one by one. I don't see the reason to cry. We battled like at-least 4 or 5 times and I won all of them. He expected Milotic to faint so easliy just because Water is weak against Electric. He got lucky with the Critical hit. Some pokemon are like tanks, able to take hits one after another yet he continued to cry. He thought I hacked my whole team which I didn't. I raised my pokemon from the eggs (Level 1) and EV trained them. Great IVs but whatever. This kid will never understand. He's 19 and cries like a bitch smh
