If you wanna make this into a God-Tier video concept, here's what you do, add a new rule that when a pokemon wins a batlle it gains a level. Then say their will be an event every 3 battles. The events should be: Army shows up to defend a pokemon, thus giving it a free level, (must be a pokemon who has not fought yet). Using a total war Rome clip to represent this (similar graphics to pokemon stadium) Internal corruption weakens Pokemon's state, Highest level pokemon loses a level. Rebellion! Lowest Level pokemon gets couped and replaced with a different, comparable pokemon.
