I got screen tearing and it feels like i have low frames, although i play on an Ryzen 5 5600G and a RX580 8GB, tried almost everything but no luck :(

Yes I dont think there is a way to get it on any console but I think some people link a controller to play them.

Insurgence would be a lot better if it had better battle animations for a lot of skills. The whole experience just feels a bit off battling, especially compared to games like Reborn, Rejuvenation, Infinity, etc.

Can you run this on android phone?

I used to play it on my old android phone using joi play app in the play store but that app has been bugging out for me recently. Was able to play insurgence in its entirety without problems too

Best story based rom hack in my opinion yes! Emerald Rogue is my other 10/10 and wins for best combat based rom hack.
