@NoScopesHD if you havent already beat it id recommend getting them to 62-63 because its not up to par, but your close just make sure to bring around 30-45 full restores.

since gary is all about type-matching and is pretty easy, i decided to make it a really epic battle. I trained my team so they were the same types as Gary's (different pokemon, though) and then when i battled him, i didnt counter-type. instead, i would use the same type so it was very hard. Example: My Dodrio vs His Pidgeot, My Golem vs His Rhydon, ect. the battle was amazing, and way worth doing. it was a great finish to my quest, and i highly recoment all of you to try it :)

Nice team lineup, aerodactyl's are rough to train and the only one you can get, unless you trade, is lvl 5, and that's when you've already got your 6th or 7th badge, you must be a good trainer.

i'm wondering, after you defeat giovanni, your pokemon cant be THAT powerful to take on the elite four right away right? cos for me after getting all eight badges my pokemon team were from levels 35-46, and i spent nearly 5 hours vs.seekering trainers to level up my pokemon. and now my pokemon are only from levels 47-53. i see that you're not using legendaries, so how do u level up your pokemon so quickly. trade from others??

Well Squirtle doesnt give you much trouble during the game , plus later on it will mean you encounter a Raikou, Choose Bulbasaur and find Entei , choose Charmander and find Suicune. Basically its up to what you think but in my Opinion just having a Grass type might leave you in a bit of some Problems and Charizards a easy target for rock types.
