When I played PLA for the first time, I found a random full odds shiny Buizel! It ended up becoming highkey the strongest pokemon on my team overall, single handedly sweeping most of Volo's team :D Seeing you using a shiny Buizel/Floatzel brought back that memory Great video! You can actually throw sticky balls/spoiled apricorn/mudball (found by Ursaluna) to stun the Pokemon you want to catch instead of running around and waiting for the cooldown.

A funny story of mine is that my bf got the game first so I played in his other account and when I was traveling near the alpha bibarel I noticed stars came out of it, confused I asked my bf and he thought it was probably a move that it did. He saved it and closed the game, when it opened the same stars came out and my bf panicked in a surprised way, I asked him what happened and then he told me it was a shiny and he caught it for me. First time in a Pokémon game ever and got a shiny alpha, crazy shit XD

This reminds me of when I found an eevee outbreak that had a shiny, but it was by the alpha rapidash, which noticed me and made the eevee run. But that isn't all, because another shiny eevee spawned and ran while I was dealing with the rapidash

After the battle agaisnt Mei across the bridge every Pokemon you capture has a chance to appear in outbreaks, with it being early in the game it can take a solid 20 - 30 mins to find one sometimes so keep on looking! You got this!

I love how people stress after they get a crit capture in this game, coz theres been litteral one person ive seen that hasnt stressed on a crit capture, they play with the ball only puffs out one line of gas instead of the usual three

I'm still so mad about hisuian goodra's shiny. Goodra has a really good shiny, but the hisuian form ruins it by basically only changing the color of the shell and making it a rusty brown, which would still look decent of the rest of it still had kalosian goodra's shiny pallet.

Go back to the village, into the map, into the area and back to the village again. Everytime you check the map at the village you have a chance of an outbreak as long as you have captured some Pokemon and have finished the Mei battle across the bridge
