Has anyone else noticed that, should you trace its path, it forms a three-layer triangular fractal? It seems like everything with Deoxys revolves around triangles - the black triangular stone, the fractal pattern it moves in, the Greek letter Delta in which the Delta Episode is named after - which is also used as the formulaic symbol for change. It's like Deoxys is trying to communicate with us in the only way it knows how - mathematics - and we humans are too stupid to understand. Instead, we classify it as a Pokemon of some sort and it ends up being caught in a Pokeball.

This was the absolute best way to Implement Deoxys into the Gen 3 remakes. I had a literal nerdgasm at the thought of fighting Deoxys in space with Mega Rayquaza. Literally everything about this fight was executed perfectly. The cutscene of Deoxys emerging from the meteor gives me chills along with his battle music gives me shivers down my spine everytime. It replicates the feeling that you're fighting a global planetary threat. I literally can't praise GF enough for doing this so well.

It took me about 3 tries to capture Deoxys, and it figures when I left the room to get something, it got caught. It seemed they raised the Capture Rate of Rayquaza so it was easier to catch, because every time, it took exactly 2 Ultraballs

Apparently Ultra Balls, when a pokemon held captive in the ball, float when thrown in space. However, throwing an Ultra Ball just goes straight, without having ANY gravity on it. Same thing happens when you're underwater.

So in this game there is this line that is just so mysterious to me. Its the start of the Delta Episode and the cutscene takes place at the Mossedeep Space Center and its when the Scientists discover that the Astroid is going to hit Earth and one of them says "It's almost like it's... Alive?" And then later in the Delta Episode we find out that Deoxys is inside the Astroid. Does that mean that Deoxys is controlling the Astroid or something?

Yeah it was easier to catch deoxys than primal Kyogre since they normally increase catch rate for story legendarily just didn't think they would keep Kyogre the same but increase rayquaza caught deoxys in about 3 minutes Kyogre I had to come back with a Walrein even then it took about 10 minutes

Good things to bring for a Deoxys fight: 1 Quick ball, if you're lucky, you can catch it instantly 50 or more timer balls 40 or more hyper potions or even full restores 1 master ball for last resort Mega Pokemon for taking hits Any event Pokemon will benefit, so check every so often for one! Any pokemon with Intimmidate or possibly even Clear Body and Competitive (Reccomending Milotic for Competitive, and Metagross for Clear Body) If you REALLY don't think you can take many hits with your frail team, get your legenaries, they will help... Bulk and stat wise.. (I think) Motivation! KEEP TRYING!

Good strategy here: Have Shedinja and make it use Heal Block, then use Hone Claws until Attack and accuracy are maxed, then use False Swipe until Deoxys is at 1 HP. Then throw the pokeballs until caught(If Heal Block wears off, use it again) Why this is a good strategy(even though I didn't exactly use it): A) Heal Block can keep Recover from working. B) Psycho Boost won't work on Shedinja thanks to wonder guard and hyper beam won't work on it since it is a ghost type. C) When Deoxys starts using struggle, it won't work since shedinja is ghost so as long as you have a lot of pokeballs, it'll be simple from there.

It took me five tries to catch Deoxys. On my last try, I decided to throw regular pokéballs at it to waste time so that timer balls would be more effective. I caught it with the second regular pokéball. Ain't that luck.

I caught Deoxys and named him Wizzro after that character from The Legend Of Zelda: Hyrule Warriors and when his arms and hands appear his claws are almost not visible and little bit chipped or broken much to like a Thwok Wublin.

Deoxys is rebattleable but won't appear at Sky Pillar until you beat the Hoenn League the second time. Confirmed at reddit.
