I've always wanted to do a djenty / haunting rendition of Viridian Forest but much like my recent cover of Victory Road, it didn't really have a lot of different parts that would allow it to be a full fledged arrangement so I decided to slam it into a full thrashy assault cover of Team Rocket Hideout! It's really cool how the original themes are so similar to eachother but the vibes and pacing of the themes are totally different, I tried to play on that factor as much as I could and bring a lot of contrast between the two themes. I'm really happy I got to finally knock out these themes because they're some pieces that I've been wanting to cover for a while now and I know a lot of you guys have been asking me! Hope you guys enjoy it!

I've been a fan of metal covers of video game songs for longer than I can remember at this point, and I have to say, yours are without question the best of the bunch by a mile. That's not a dig at anyone else, there's a lot of really great musicians out there doing this kind of thing, but man, your covers just have so much feeling put in to them. Like, you transform them in a way that still FEELS like the original, it still keeps the original's spirit, but it's... I don't know how to put it. Maybe that you adapt the songs to metal instrumentation in a way that just feels more natural than anything else I've heard? I don't know, hope you get what I'm saying though. You're a damn good musician, I'm glad you're so prolific. Gives me lots of backlog to appreciate :p

DUDE WHY IS THIS PURE BRILLIANCE? Honestly one of my favourite Pokemon covers, period. The amount you pushed out of a 45 second loop is phenomenal, especially the riff after the blast beats holy balls that was a groove, i'm sadge that it took me 4 years to find this, ooga booga me listen more.

Hey man, you should check out studio ghibli music. it maybe far fetched with metal, but I think it would be great if you could transform it to metal. give it a hear, and see if you like it.
