When I played this game, I intentionally lost that mysterious fighters battle. When I saw the Pokemon they used, I immediately realized they were Melia and Aelita. And then, who was my teammate? The 'Aelita' using Beheeyem? That was simply fake! After realizing that in second, I attacked her Pokemon to make her 6v18.

I've only made 3 videos total on Pokemon Rejuvenation. (Same with Reborn actually.) The one video you probably haven't seen yet is here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pqG8lomDnpVrorM Though this video uses a team that came from Reborn from before I even made those Reborn videos, so it's not exactly a team you can build from Rejuvenation alone.

U should unlock the full ev training facility as soon as possible i think ev training is necessary in this game Also go check every single corner and talk to every single person it may be useful

Strategy. Plus lots of trials and errors. It is near impossible to create a perfect counter for these bosses immediately. Even if something looks good on paper, in practice it might be not so light. An several attempts were necessary to break through (blaze himself mentioned that making a strategy for Double Battles against Zetta and Geara, or Kieran and Freya demanded a ridiculous amount of tries)
