*MY FAVORITE GYM BATTLE THEME IN IT'S GLORY! Masuda was in his prime back then T_T This theme brings back so many memories... I really wonder how Junichi Masuda made every Hoenn battle theme sound epic like this one? Why can't he make more up to beat tracks like these? The style changed drastically after Gen 4 and don't get me wrong, I still like the battle themes from gen 5 to 7, but it just can't be on par with these older themes. Maybe it's just that I am so old for these newest Pokemon games, it's like I am being sucked up by a giant nostalgia black hole or something loll x)*

I am probably the only one who never had any trouble with Winona's Altaria (Norman's Slaking on the other hand.....) and that's probably because I never owned any of the original Hoenn games(Alpha Sapphire is still the only Hoenn game I ever had) since I was still a newborn when these games came out. But this is definitely my favorite Gym Leader theme.
