28:28 Especially in tiers with not a lot of activity you are actually more likely to face the same guy if you switch accounts after battling them because the match making algorithm tries to not match accounts that just faced each other on the ladder, so the probability of the new account you switch to getting matched to whoever you just faced is relatively higher.

What’s your opinion on SV and Tera in singles as a whole? Has it wavered at all? Having a generational mechanic again and less recovery made it a whole lot different than SS.

I can take or leave tera to be honest... it's fun for coverage on pokemon with bad movepools, but also very frustrating guessing what an opponent might have
