Wha? First off, Charizard does not learn Thunderpunch. It can learn SolarBeam, and its better, but having to waste a turn either charging it or using Sunny Day is pretty bad on my opinion (unless you are running sun team). Second, there was no Steel type on gen 1, so you had to get a Nidoran or a Mankey to win the first gym battle.

To put it as simply as possible, we used Flash as a way to create frames (which is how all animation works. One frame at a time.) We made the poses by using the Sprite-models from inside the game which we edited in photoshop or Flash itself using it's drawing function and our mouse. The Captain Storyboarded out the Poses on Pencil and Paper (terribly) M0 Animated the whole things based off of those poses and the script. (Fantastically)
