Pokemon Violet, but with Only Rowlets (Pre-Pokemon Home)

Rowlet isn't obtainable in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet yet, however, its files are still in the game. So if you were able to get one in some way, you can use it, just like normal. With the union circle feature, you can hatch eggs of the transfer-exclusive pokemon that are breed-able, so long as you know someone else who has them in their game. So I basically made babies with babies of babies of babies of a hacked pokemon. But I was obligated to experience the best pokemon of all time in the newest pokemon game as soon as possible. Can I beat the game with only Rowlets? 🤔

21:32 That's not how priority works. Sucker Punch and Shadow Sneak both have +1 priority, so since Mimikyu is faster than Rowlet it still moves first. If you'd targeted it with Sucker Punch it still would have gone first and Sucker Punch would have failed.

Ah thank you. That was just the only time I ever had that happen, so I assumed it was an unspoken rule of the move 🤔 Haven't ever really gotten that deep in competitive to study what has what priority, beyond "extremespeed is extra speedy"

​@@trailspokemon for future reference i believe extremespeed is the fast priority move there is with plus 6 priority and i think its actually the only move with plus 6 so you can only outspeed it with more speed plus that move

I learned the hard way that if dratini sinks into the water all you have to do is focus on it and throw your pokeball and it will start the battle. Failed a shiny one after mistaking its sinking for despawning.

regardless of the unobtainable pokemons "hacked heritage", if you obtained it through legit means (in this case via egg in a picnic), they'll be safe to use once the game is home compatible. so not to worry your little rowlets are safe! so long as you don't use them online for now at least lol

I consider battles where you don't white out and go back to the last save as bonus round sort of deals because the game does tend to throw them at you right next to challenges, but lets you progress through losses unlike every other battle that isn't story tied.

Bruh, same wit me wit the Persian! I jus got a double shiny in one family! Never happened to me before. One male and one female! I'm making a Special set & a Physical set now! It's funny, cuz I was jus EVing wit some Altaria, then I said to myself "Lemme look up what a shiny Dreepy looks like jus in case I run into a shiny." Not only did I run into 1, but 2! I played scarlet and I'd have to say it's thee easiest pokemon game I've ever played. I had zero issue with any gym, base or titan. It got close at the fighting base but close means she was able to faint one of my pokemon. It was sort of boring. I like the story line though and the length of the game. I've always wanted these games to be longer. But I do like losing battles and having to find different pokemon and trying a few times, it's annoying but it makes the game fun to play. I'm gonna try a play through like this to make it harder. Not just one single pokemon but maybe don't let evolve or keeping them lower leveled.
